This policy explains how the website www.avredheart.com (the “website”), run by AV Redheart Holdings Private Limited (the “company”, “we”), deals with personal data.

What we collect

Nothing, through this website. The website has no contact forms, no sign-ups and no accounts. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not set any cookies.

If you choose a different colour theme, your browser remembers that choice on your own device until you close the tab, so the other pages match. It is not a cookie, it contains nothing about you, it is never sent to us, and it is forgotten when the tab closes.

The fonts used on the website are stored on the website itself, so your browser does not contact any font service or other third party to display them.

Hosting and content

The website is hosted on Google’s Firebase service. Some content, such as our group companies, news and documents, is loaded into your browser from Google’s Firestore database, which we keep in Google’s Mumbai region in India. To deliver pages and content and to keep the service secure, Google may automatically process technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other data. The database holds only information we publish about the company; it holds nothing about visitors.

If you contact us

If you write to us by email or call us, we will use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We keep them only for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. Email is handled by our email provider.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please write to us at the email address below.

Changes to this policy

If the way the website handles personal data changes, for example if we add a contact form, we will update this policy before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
