AV Redheart was incorporated in October 2026 to own and hold controlling interests in subsidiary companies, and to bring a group of businesses together under one parent.
We are at the very beginning. Our aim is to set up and grow each group company patiently, with sound governance and a view measured in decades rather than quarters.

Our principal purpose is to own controlling equity interests in subsidiary companies, and to promote and set up new group companies, in India or abroad.

As a secondary activity, the company may make strategic investments in other companies, including minority, non-controlling stakes.
